Why not just bring it to the car wash? Automatic car washes remove loose contaminants, dirt and grime, however are unsafe for your car's paint. They use recycled water and the brushes will cause fine scratches in your car's paint. They may be soft to the touch, but guess where the contaminants from the car before you have been left? How often should I have my car detailed? We recommend some level of detailing every three months to maximize protection. The Florida sun is brutal on paint, and left unprotected, can cause irrevesible damage to your clearcoat.

Having your car waxed or sealed is no less important than changing your oil.
My car is brand new. Do I really need it detailed? Absolutely! New cars have usually been sitting on the lot or have been in transit for months before you drive away with them. New car dealerships rarely carry out full details on new vehicles, so there is a plethora of contaminants in your car's paint. Is it necessary to remove bugs from my car? ABSOLUTELY! If you notice any bugs stuck to your bumper and/or hood, it is imperative to remove them as quickly as possible. The aciditiy of their remains can quickly eat into your car's paint, causing etching which can not be repaired without costly repainting.
